Everything here is free to assign, print and share. No licence, no seats, no invoice — and no compliance value either, so read the caveat below before you plan around it.
Just use it
You do not need permission or an account. Send people the link. Print the courses and put them in a break room. Put a QR code on a noticeboard. Assign a track as onboarding. Translate nothing — the whole site is in Spanish too.
The caveat, up front: these are awareness courses. They do not satisfy OSHA, licensing, childcare, or any other compliance training requirement, and the certificates carry no workplace validity. If you need compliance training, use an accredited provider — the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association both run real hands-on classes. Use this site alongside that, not instead of it.
If you want to see completions
Ask us for a group code. Share it with your people; they enter it once, and from then on every course they pass adds one to your count. You get a dashboard link that shows how many courses have been completed and which ones.
What the dashboard cannot show you is who. There are no names in it, no email addresses, and no way to tell whether one person took ten courses or ten people took one each. That is not an oversight we plan to fix — the promise on the front of this site is that it does not track people, and a partner dashboard is not a good enough reason to break it.
